Reach Reporting is an online financial reporting platform. We provide the Reach Reporting platform and related support, consulting, and other Services to our customers. In this Privacy Policy, we will refer to the Reach Reporting platform and related Services collectively as our “Services.” We will refer to our emails, text messages, newsletters, and other marketing, promotional, and advertising practices collectively as our “Communications.”

Within the Reach Reporting App store, our customers can request and obtain access to software applications and other products that are developed and supported by third-party providers. We refer to these applications as Non-Reach Reporting Products/Services. If you install or enable a Non-Reach Reporting Product/Service for use with the Reach Reporting platform, we will allow the provider of the Non-Reach Reporting Product/Service to access your data as required for the interoperation of the Non-Reach Reporting Product/Service with the Reach Reporting platform. We are not responsible for the use, disclosure, modification, or deletion of your Personal Information by a Non-Reach Reporting Product/Service provider resulting from your use of a Non-Reach Reporting Product/Service. Please read the Non-Reach Reporting Product/Service provider’s privacy policy and license terms for more information regarding its use of your Personal Information in the Non-Reach Reporting Product/Service.
If you are referred to Reach Reporting by someone else, we may share information regarding the status of that referral with the individual who referred you.
Except as permitted under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we will not sell (as such term is defined under the CCPA) any California resident’s Personal Information.
Information Security and Storage
We understand that the security of your Personal Information is important. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls designed to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, despite our efforts, no security controls are completely effective, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of your Personal Information.
